Apple a day...
...keeps the doctor away

Lunchtime at Harvest Centre

Junk versus Fresh Food
.. lets start one step at a time.

Apple a day...
...keeps the doctor away
1/4
We try to provide provide nourishment for around 25 - 50 children every day that they attend our classes, plus snacks for outings and catering for big groups during our workshops and outreach events.
We are very aware of the devastating health effects that consumption of junk foods and sugary drinks have on our communities.
We know today that many learning problems at school are directly related to bad nutrition and that medication is not the sollution.
We therefore like to encourage our children to eat their vegetables and cut down on sugar and junk foods.
